  • Position 1: Polymer Materials R & D Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Assume responsibility for the synthesis, modification, and performance optimization of biomedical - grade polymer materials.
    2. Independently conduct structural characterization and performance testing of materials, generate experimental reports, and provide guidance for process improvement.
    3. Collaborate with the production department to complete the pilot - scale amplification of material formulas, resolve process stability issues; participate in enterprise technology cooperation and support the development of market - oriented products.
    4. Compose technical patents and scientific research papers, and promote the transformation of achievements.

    Qualifications:
    1. A master's degree or higher, majoring in polymer materials, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, etc.
    2. Possess polymer synthesis experience, be familiar with the development process, and candidates with industrial project experience are preferred.
    3. Demonstrate good communication, coordination, and cooperation skills.

  • Position 2: Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for completing marketing activities such as customer visits, technical exchanges, and business negotiations;
    2. Collect customer information and needs, analyze, mine, and organize relevant market information;
    3. Responsible for contacting and communicating with customers, establishing customer information and files, and completing relevant sales reports;
    4. Responsible for tracking and handling customer feedback, organizing customer information, and maintaining customer relationships;
    5. Responsible for drafting sales agreements, contracts, and tracking related matters such as shipments;
    6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials, mechanical and electrical engineering, marketing, management, etc;
    2. More than 1 year of work experience in sales of 3D printing materials and equipment;
    2. Have good teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills, and public relations negotiation abilities;
    3. Strong sense of career and responsibility, passionate, persistent, and dedicated to work;
    4. Sharp thinking, innovative spirit, strong adaptability to the environment, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
    5. Good speech, good image, and good temperament.
